This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the Sitehub Suite platform and related services (the “Services”) offered by Portfolio Power Solutions, dba Sitehub Suite, a Georgia LLC with a principal place of business at 708 Church St, Decatur, Georgia (“Sitehub Suite,” “we,” or “us”). This AUP is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of Customer's access to the Services, in addition to any other remedies available to Sitehub Suite under the Terms of Service or applicable law.
01Prohibited Activities
Customer will not, and will not permit any User or third party to, use the Services to:

Violate, or assist others in violating, any applicable law, regulation, or third party's legal rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;

Upload, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity;

Transmit any material containing viruses, worms, trojan horses, or other malicious or harmful code;

Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' accounts, or any related networks or systems;

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or any related system or network, except as expressly authorized in writing by Sitehub Suite (for example, under an approved penetration-testing agreement);

Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, authentication mechanisms, or security controls of the Services;

Use the Services to send unsolicited bulk communications (“spam”), phishing messages, or other deceptive communications;

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;

Use the Services to build, train, or improve a competing product or service;

Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Services to any third party not authorized under the applicable Order Form; or

Submit Prohibited Data (as defined in the Terms of Service) to the Services.
02Account Security Obligations
Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User login credentials and for all activities that occur under Customer's account. Customer will promptly notify Sitehub Suite of any known or suspected unauthorized access to or use of the Services.
03Fair and Reasonable Use
Where the Services are offered on a subscription basis without hard usage limits, Customer's use must remain consistent with normal business usage patterns for a customer of Customer's size and subscription tier. Sitehub Suite reserves the right to contact Customer regarding usage that materially exceeds reasonable levels and, if not resolved, to apply reasonable technical measures or usage-based fees consistent with the applicable Order Form.
04Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to legal@sitehubsuite.com.
05Enforcement
Sitehub Suite may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may take any action it deems appropriate, including removing or disabling access to content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting conduct to law enforcement, without liability to Customer or any User. Sitehub Suite will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer before suspending the Services for an AUP violation, except where Sitehub Suite reasonably believes immediate action is necessary to prevent harm to the Services, other customers, or third parties.
06Changes to This Policy
Sitehub Suite may update this AUP from time to time by posting a revised version. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with the notice provisions of the Terms of Service.
